Component Instance eth1-VPC-1

The IP Forwarding option is set in the Linux OS to enable to the radio link to pass ip traffic to and from the the phone adapter. Eanch interface has the prox arp bit set. This simplifies the routing tables so no routing needs to be specified in the leaf server only in the vlllage PC.
